Max Bartos is a 22-year-old folk singer/songwriter from New York City, best known for originating the role of Darren in the Original Broadway Cast of Sing Street. A self-taught musician, Max showcases his versatility by playing multiple instruments, including acoustic and electric guitar, piano, drums, bass, banjo, and mandolin. His musical style is a unique fusion of his musical theater background, drawing inspiration from artists like Duncan Sheik, and his passion for early 2000s pop-punk and emo bands such as My Chemical Romance and Green Day, and his love of folk music from artists such as Glen Hansard, Mumford and Sons, and Noah Kahan.

In October 2023, Max released his album "Memento Mori," an alternative rock opera that narrates the story of a ghost's final day on earth, yearning to reunite with a lost love before fading away. His third and most anticipated album “Waiting At The Crossroads” is Max’s proudest accomplishment.
